1.Information we collect

Account information: your email address, display name, profile photo, preferred language and currency, and your password, which is stored only in hashed form. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we receive the identifier and basic profile details that service shares with us, such as your name, username, email, or photo.

Transaction information: your balance, top-ups, orders, transfers, and payment references such as transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and order references.

Order details you provide, such as recipients, usernames, identifiers, or links needed to complete an order.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, sign-in records, and security logs.

API information: your API keys and usage records, such as request counts and limits.

2.How we use information

To create and run your account, process orders and payments, deliver what you purchase, and show your history and notifications.

To protect the Platform and its users, including preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforcing our limits and Terms.

To send you service messages, such as sign-in codes, verification emails, and order or balance updates.

To provide support, fix problems, improve the Platform, and comply with legal obligations.

3.How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate the Platform: with suppliers and partners that fulfil your orders (only the order details they need), with payment and blockchain networks when you pay, with sign-in providers you choose, with our email delivery and server providers, and with authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Transactions on public blockchains are public and permanent by design and cannot be changed or deleted by us.

4.Cookies and local storage

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, a language cookie to remember your language, and short-lived security cookies during sign-in. Your browser's local storage may also keep your language choice.

We do not use advertising cookies. Some page resources, such as fonts and icons, are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which may receive your IP address.

5.How long we keep information

We keep account and transaction information while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Your sign-in expires automatically after a while, failed sign-in records are deleted after about a day, in-app notifications after about 30 days, and downloadable files after their expiry time.

6.Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys safe.

7.Your choices

You can review and update your account details and preferences from your account. You can ask us through support to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We may keep certain records where the law requires it or where needed for security, fraud prevention, or to complete transactions.

8.Age requirement

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9.Processing in other countries

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than yours, where data protection laws may differ.

10.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
