Terms of Service

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region. Do not use the Platform where doing so is prohibited.

2.Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details, connected accounts, wallets, and API keys secure, and for every action taken through your account or with your API keys, whether or not you authorized it.

Tell us immediately through support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.The services we offer

The Platform offers digital services and products as listed on the Platform at the time of your order. The catalog, prices, availability, delivery times, suppliers, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.

Descriptions, estimates, and examples shown on the Platform are provided for convenience only and are not guarantees.

Some services are fulfilled by or depend on third parties. We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee their performance, availability, or continued operation.

4.Balance and payments

Your balance is prepaid credit that can only be used on the Platform. It is not a bank account or deposit, it does not earn interest, and it cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash unless the Platform explicitly offers that option.

You are solely responsible for the payment details you use, including amounts, addresses, networks, memos, and order references. Payments sent with wrong details, to the wrong address, or on the wrong network may be lost permanently, and we are not responsible for recovering them.

Any fees charged by payment providers, exchanges, or networks are your responsibility. Exchange rates and converted amounts shown on the Platform are approximate.

We may correct any balance or transaction that results from an error, a technical fault, fraud, a reversal, or a violation of these Terms.

5.Orders and delivery

Before confirming an order, you are responsible for checking all details, including the recipient, usernames, identifiers, links, and quantities. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete details.

Once an order is confirmed, it may be processed immediately and cannot always be cancelled. Delivery times are estimates.

An order is considered delivered once the Platform shows it as completed or makes the purchased item or information available to you.

6.Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at the Platform's sole discretion, for example when an order could not be completed because of a failure on the Platform's side.

Approved refunds are returned to your Platform balance unless we decide otherwise.

No refund is due for orders placed with incorrect details, for results that depend on third parties, or for any consequence of how you use what you purchased.

7.Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are solely and fully responsible for how you use the Platform and anything you obtain through it, and for every consequence of that use, including any restriction, suspension, or loss imposed on you by third-party services.

You must comply with all laws that apply to you and with the terms and rules of any third-party service you use together with the Platform.

You must not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or any illegal or harmful activity; interfere with or overload the Platform; attempt to bypass limits or security measures; or use automated access other than through the official API within its limits.

8.Third-party services

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, sign-in, messaging, and blockchain services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, changes, outages, decisions, or actions.

9.No warranties

The Platform and everything offered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its owners, operators, staff, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, accounts, access, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law allows.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, staff, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account, refuse or cancel any order, restrict any feature, or hold any balance connected to suspected fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14.General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Platform about its use.

If translations of these Terms differ, the Arabic version prevails.
